At The Better Stylist Co., we value your time and ours. Our booking policies are designed to provide a professional, organized, and consistent experience for every client.
Please review the following policies before scheduling your appointment.
Premium Raw Hair + Installation Packages
Reservation Deposits
A reservation deposit is required to secure all Premium Raw Hair + Installation Packages.
2-Bundle Sew-In Package: $150 deposit
3-Bundle Sew-In Package: $200 deposit
Your deposit secures your appointment and reserves the premium raw hair included in your selected installation package.
All deposits are applied toward the total cost of the originally booked service. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.
Reservation deposits are nonrefundable and non-transferable to another service, appointment type, package, or client, subject to applicable law.
Cancellation Policy
All reservation deposits are nonrefundable, subject to applicable law.
If you cancel your appointment, your reservation deposit will be forfeited regardless of the amount of notice provided.
Deposits cannot be applied toward future appointments, alternative services, or retail purchases following a cancellation.
Rescheduling Policy
One complimentary reschedule is permitted when requested at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment.
72 hours or more before your appointment: Your full deposit may be applied to one new appointment date for the same originally booked service, subject to availability.
Less than 72 hours before your appointment: Your deposit is forfeited, and a new deposit is required to secure another appointment.
Additional rescheduling requests: A new reservation deposit is required.
Deposits are not transferable between different services or packages, including changes between the 2-Bundle and 3-Bundle Sew-In Packages.
Rescheduling privileges apply only to the originally selected service and cannot be transferred to another client.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments canceled with less than 72 hours' notice and missed appointments result in forfeiture of the reservation deposit.
A new reservation deposit is required for any future Premium Raw Hair + Installation Package booking.
Premium Raw Hair Policy
Premium raw hair is offered exclusively as part of our professional installation packages and is not available for individual retail purchase.
Hair reserved for an installation appointment cannot be picked up, shipped, exchanged, or provided separately if the appointment is canceled.
All reserved hair remains the property of The Better Stylist Co. until the installation service is completed.
Salon-Initiated Cancellations
If The Better Stylist Co. must cancel your appointment, you will be offered the opportunity to reschedule your service without an additional deposit.
If an alternative appointment cannot be accommodated, your full reservation deposit will be refunded.
Booking Agreement
By scheduling an appointment and submitting your reservation deposit, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to The Better Stylist Co.'s booking policies, including the cancellation, rescheduling, and deposit non-transferability terms.
All policies are subject to applicable law.
